What i think makes the "falling man" photo part of time magazine 100's best collection is the way he was falling and the position he was in. it makes it more dramatic and just by looking at it you can feel the emotion through the picture. its a quiet photo as Richard drew said and its from a drastic event that had happened so that picture that was captured at that moment was different and can show how that moment went.
